In his role as the inspired and committed CEO of Postillion Hotels, Erik-Jan Ginjaar (1983) is determined to write hospitality with a capital G. A proud HBO graduate, born and raised in beautiful Maastricht, he is a true bon vivant with a pragmatic way of learning and working.
His hospitality career started as a dishwasher and, after the Hotel School Maastricht, he worked for several Dutch hotel chains. He values working with and for people and believes that everyone is an architect of their own career.
For Erik-Jan, life is a constant discovery, always curious about what he can learn. As a speaker, he combines his personal and work experience to share practical lessons.
Erik-Jan makes managers and employers aware of the importance of a psychologically safe workplace and inspires them to take responsibility. He also motivates victims and their families to take control themselves. "The key to freedom is in your own hands," he says.
