What are your goals? What is your current level? Based on your learning goals, we will select your coach(es). We will send you an intake form.
SCIL assessment
We start every coaching trajectory with a baseline measurement: a SCIL assessment. Your SCIL profile gives a scientifically substantiated insight into your personal impact. It gives insight into what your strengths are and which development points you can work on.
The plan of action
We plan the dates of the coaching sessions. Together, we make a plan for the division of hours, intensity and frequency of coaching (on content, design, delivery).
GETTING STARTED
Through coaching on content, design and delivery, you will receive concrete instructions and tips to expand your personal repertoire of effective communication (for groups).
