About Joyce Spijker

About Joyce Spijker

I've been afraid of it all my life: being a wallflower. Not significantly special or special. No hanecomb or pink hair, no exceptional talent, no miraculous or traumatic childhood. Too educated for mainstream, too provincial for canal-belt chic. Not artistic enough to be literary, not commercially savvy for a multi-million audience. A bit of everything and thus nothing. Until I found out that this was just 'a story'... and not mine.

My name is Joyce Spijker and I am a storyteller for CEOs and entrepreneurs in addition to being a fiction author. I am a structure thinker, Dutch speaker, keynote coach, ghostwriter of order business books and I get to the heart of your story in a 'simple' conversation. Call it a talent or a skill, but that will help you move on, because seeing your own story clearly is often quite difficult.

My personal drive: I make sure that you find your story, embrace it and can tell it. I give you the self-confidence I lacked myself for a long time and help you uncover and shape your story, so that the word 'authenticity' becomes not something you 'have to', but something you feel and with which you really connect with yourself and your audience.

Author of fiction and non-fiction, keynote coach, ghostwriter and creative entrepreneur.
