Abe Boersma

Abe Boersma is a blind executive with over 25 years of leadership experience at Rabobank and in various supervisory bodies. He combines his business acumen with a unique perspective on leadership: 'Without sight, but with clear vision'. Growing up aware that he would lose his eyesight, Abe developed a powerful compass for trust, vulnerability and breaking preconceptions.
