After studying classical singing at the conservatory, Mariska worked as a marketer and model and sang as a mezzo-soprano in opera & oratorios. In 2008, she started her own training agency in the field of high-impact communication, Voicematters. Her work stems from the philosophy that personal communication power starts from within. Your voice connects you to who you are, making it your most influential tool to inspire and motivate others.    In addition to her expertise in voice and performance, Mariska is widely versed in presentation and communication techniques. She is a certified SCIL performance coach and followed the 'Storytelling for Business' training in London, among other things. Mariska trains in Dutch and English and has also been an Executive Communication Coach at INSEAD business school since 2020. She is also TedxCoach & speaker coach at the SpeakersClub.  Â
