Wij geloven in de waarde van drie componenten \u2018content\u2019, \u2018design\u2019 en \u2018delivery\u2019 en de manier waarop deze componenten op elkaar afgestemd zijn wanneer je een performance opzet. En laten deze drie aspecten nu n\u00e9t aan bod zijn gekomen toen wij spreker Sydney Brouwer bevroegen over het sprekerschap en keynote sprekers. DE WAARDE VAN JE VERHAAL<\/strong><\/h2><p>Je performance staat en valt met de waarde van je verhaal, aldus Sydney: <em>\u201cIk geloof in de 3 E\u2019s \u2013<strong> educatie, entertainment en empowerment<\/strong> \u2013 die ik heb geleerd van <a href=\"https:\/\/remcoclaassen.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Remco Claassen<\/a>. Die m\u00f3eten in je presentatie zitten. Wel is het me opgevallen dat educatie \u2013 de inhoud \u2013 tegenwoordig minder belangrijk lijkt dan hiervoor. Sprekers zorgen er nu vooral voor dat publiek het event gaaf vindt. Natuurlijk is het belangrijk dat je iets vernieuwends te melden hebt, maar nog belangrijker is dat je dat op een leuke, aansprekende manier doet. De beste sprekers hebben dan ook vooral entertainmentwaarde. Heb je dat niet, dan is het alsof je een college bijwoont. Daar is niemand ooit enthousiast van geworden. JE DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h2><p>Dat leidt ons naar het volgende punt, namelijk de delivery van het verhaal wat je vertelt. Want de manier waarop je een verhaal overbrengt, daar gaat veel tijd en energie in zitten, stelt Sydney:<em> \u201cDe stijl van de spreker is heel belangrijk. Er zijn naast mij nog een aantal andere sprekers die in Nederland over klantgerichtheid spreken. De ene houdt wel van interactie, de ander niet. De ene zit veel meer op de emotie, de ander pakt er modellen bij. Mijn stijl is energiek met snelle, gevatte interactie. Het helpt daarbij vast dat ik jarenlang aan improvisatietheater heb gedaan. Ik wil iedere zaal meenemen naar een bepaald niveau, maar de mensen in de zaal bepalen de sfeer heel erg. De vraag is hoe je eventuele weerstand kan weghalen, dat zit hem naar mijn mening vooral in je delivery. Een belangrijke investering voor mij was daarom om aan stemcoaching te doen om zo nog krachtigere performances neer te zetten.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bd3a614 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2bd3a614\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-text\"><h2><strong>3. DE VISUALS DIE JE GEBRUIKT<\/strong><\/h2><p>Last but not least zijn de visuals die je tijdens je performance een waardevolle investering, vindt Sydney.<\/p><p><em>\u201cIn principe heb ik mijn presentatie zelf niet nodig, want alles zit in mijn hoofd. Maar de presentatie die je gebruikt moet mensen helpen de structuur van het verhaal te volgen. Ook moet het er achteraf voor zorgen dat mensen zich je verhaal blijven herinneren, dat lukt vaak het beste met een wow-effect. Ik vind zeker niet dat de presentatie het werk moet doen. Zelf werk ik vooral met foto\u2019s, waar soms een zin, vraag of woord op staat. Daarin probeer ik mijn huisstijlkleuren, blauw en wit, terug te laten komen. <\/em><\/p><p><em>De foto\u2019s zijn ter illustratie van de verhalen die bij het bedrijf passen en die ik die keer wil vertellen. Ik vind het belangrijk om hierin flexibel te blijven, ik gebruik de foto\u2019s dan ook niet in een standaard volgorde. Maar het is natuurlijk gaaf als mensen aangeven dat ze je presentatie mooi vinden.
