Excellente leiders zijn dat wel. En dus is het legitiem om te stellen dat iedereen in een leiderschapsrol een enorm voordeel heeft als hij\/zij een boodschap goed kan overbrengen.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat het hierbij gaat om de drie-eenheid van Content, Design en Delivery. Op het vlak van inhoud (Content) besteden ze veel tijd aan de structuur en opbouw van hun verhaal. \u00a0Ze zorgen er daarbij voor dat het niet alleen helder te begrijpen is door het publiek, maar door gebruik van bijv. metaforen en analogie\u00ebn beter wordt onthouden. Daarnaast werken ze naar een optimale vormgeving (Design), niet alleen van hun eigen verschijning op het podium, maar ook in de ondersteuning van hun presentatie met aansprekende visuals of props. Ook die elementen dragen bij tot het \u2018memorabel\u2019 maken van hun boodschap. Tot slot streven ze naar een optimale overdracht (Delivery), met veel aandacht voor verbale en non-verbale expressie. Ze verheffen het tot een kunst om met behulp van taal, stem, intonatie, volume, pauzes, mimiek, gebaren en bewegen op het podium het verhaal zodanig te brengen dat \u00e1lle toehoorders zich erbij betrokken voelen. Content. Design. Delivery. Wow, het is nogal wat. Professionele sprekers zijn er dagen, weken, voortdurend mee bezig.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99fa2a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"99fa2a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Hoe gaat dat bij business sprekers?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Te vaak heb ik ze meegemaakt waarbij de voorbereiding op het geven van een presentatie bestond uit het \u2018samenvegen\u2019 van een aantal Powerpoint-slides, het aaneenrijgen van een aantal quotes die al eens in het verleden waren gebruikt, het klakkeloos overnemen van een presentatie van het hoofdkantoor, of, in het allerergste geval, het pure vertrouwen op de \u2018losse pols\u2019. Te vaak dus veel te weinig oog voor een degelijke voorbereiding.
